Terms & Conditions
1.1 Nature of services: I offer professional tantra, bodywork, and shibari sessions focused on relaxation, connection, and well-being. My services are strictly legal, ethical, and non-sexual in nature. Any attempt to request illegal or inappropriate services will result in an immediate termination of the session without a refund.
1.2 Eligibility: To book a session you must: be 18 years or older. Provide accurate and complete information during booking. Agree to follow any guidelines provided before and during the session.
1.3 Booking and payment: Sessions must be booked through the application form on my website. Payment is required in full before the session. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details.
1.4 Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: The full session fee is charged, without rescheduling. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered a full refund or a new date.
*Please note that for international bookings a non-refundable 50% deposit will be needed as soon as tickets are booked. After that, same rules as above mentioned apply.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all clients must approach sessions with mutual respect and consent. Refrain from any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct. Follow any safety guidelines or instructions provided during the session.
If at any point we feel uncomfortable or unsafe, we reserve the right to end the session immediately, without a refund.
3.1 Personal responsibility:
By participating in a session, you acknowledge that. Sessions are for personal well-being and relaxation. We are not medical or mental health professionals, and my sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment.You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during and after the session.
3.2 Limitation of liability: I am not responsible for: Any physical discomfort or emotional response that may arise during or after a session. Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in our Services. Any technical issues, downtime, or errors on our Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session.
Your privacy is important to us. Any information you share with us, whether during a session or via the website, is treated with strict confidentiality. I do not share your personal details with third parties unless required by law.
